Reservations 

Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.

All bookings require a deposit & must be booked in advanced.

Full payment is due before departure, unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At Casa Blanco Yacht Charters, we understand that plans can change. Please be advised that all deposits are non - refundable.

We do offer the option to reschedule your charter, subject to availability. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, well gladly work with you to secure a new date that fits your schedule.

Please note that refunds are not part of our policy under any circumstances.

We ask that guest behave respectfully and follow the crew intructions throughout the charter, Disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or any activity deemed unsafe will result in immediate termination of the charter, with no refund.

Damage & Liability

​​Guest are responsible for any damage to the yacht or its equipment during the charter. Casa Blanco Yacht Charters may charge for repairs or replacements as needed.

Casa Blanco Yacht Charters is not liable for any personal injuries or losses during the charter.

Smoking

 Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Food & Beverage

Catering services are available upon request, with advanced notice.

Guest may bring their own food and beverages.

Pets are welcome abord with prior approval. Please reach out to us for more
